Crafting rotary engines is our passion, and we take immense pride in meticulously attending to every detail.
On our motor builds, one thing that makes a difference is oiling system upgrades.
Yes, most people follow convention by adding a turbocharger, there are pros and cons to each. For this motor, we add one very important performance / longevity upgrade that makes a difference. A larger oil pump.
On rebuilds, it is important to take the time to remove the oil pump and measure tolerances & wear. For most of our builds, we replace the oil pump and chain as they are worn out and the chain is stretched. What makes the chain stretch? This chain does a lot of work, add in high temperatures, metal has its limits.
Given Colorado's unique altitude and temperature conditions, as well as those in other parts of the USA and the world, adding power also means adding heat. Therefore, it is crucial to develop a comprehensive action plan for the entire vehicle, not just the engine.
As I tell every engine build owner, I want to only see the inside of your engine one time, we are going to do it right the first time.
