The details of our builds are impacted by careful inspection during teardown of your existing motor. We take a lot of pictures and show you along the way.

The intake manifold pictured is before / after ultrasonic cleaning, these details lead to a solid engine build. Don't get a rebuild without having this done.

Details

All of our builds receive the following:

The right scan tools, shop tools and 25 years of experience.

Engine disassemble, including removing harness, intake and all external components.

Removal of all brackets & components.

Engine disassembly on engine stand

Measurement of all rotor housings at critical wear points (according to factory specs).

Removal / inspection of all seals, gaskets. Careful examination shows how the engine failed.

Exact measurement of bearings, rotors, e-shaft. This is where the data tells the story.

Full listing of necessary parts needed to restore performance.
